It was a long time since I´ve been updating my website...while I was training psysioterapy almost everyday it was´nt much more to tell. But since a couple of weeks I´ve been out on the water trying to get some feeling back again.
We had some days in Dalen-Båstad and some here in Halmstad at Vilshärad and Ringenäs.
Here´s some shots from Fredrik Dahl down in Dalen, it was a month ago and my knee is getting way better since then.
Last days I´ve been sailing four days in a row and the last session in Ringenäs I could even try some forwards...feels scary man!! But I´m very happy to get some air finally and I was even landing pushies and backloops as well on starboardtack.

Now I´m hoping to get fit for PWA event in Sylt in Germany, but if I´m not 100% then I will not go there of course.
But more keen on windsurfing then now, I´ve never been...so let´s hope my knee is getting normal again so I can go all in.
